Is it legal for a 18 yo. to date a 16 yo. in the state of Kentucky. and what is the exact laws on the subject matter. i.e. Dating, being together, kissing, sex, holding hands, etc. Please only reply for Kentucky law only. She turns 17 before I turn 19 so it is less than 2 yrs if it matters.

I know the age of consent is 16, but could her parents legally do anything to me as long as the girl gives consent to the activity, whatever it may be?
