Social Services Kentucky?

Question by : Social Services Kentucky?
I live in Kentucky and have 3 kids 4,7,9 yrs of age.. I went through a very tough divorce that lasted 4 yrs total.. In the divorce I was listed primary custodian which means the kids will live with me full time and have visitation with there father every other weekend.. it took him 3 years and a court order to pay child support and was never in there life much at all.. he even tried to kill himself with the kids locked in the room beside him.. my children watched him abuse me many times.. ( thats the reason for divorce) .. ive always worked and took care of my kids as much as i could sometimes two jobs if i had to. last year i was in a bad accident and got hit by a car.. it caused me to have to go on pain meds and i took them for 1 year straight and phisical theropy 4 times a week. nevertheless i still worked and cared for my kids.. my ex and i recently got into an fight and he called social services on me stating i was addicted to drugs.. i went to court and have passed all the required drug screenings however they are asking me to go 2 hours away to test so at times I cant get there when im given the order due to my job and the hours of operation of the clinic i go to. .. they gave me supervised visitation one day a week and i can call 1 day a week . they transferd my case to my hometown so that in the future i will be able to get to the screenings when i am asked .. however my ex has turned my kids against me they are not the same happy loving lil kids anymore either.. the judge i seen stated he was please with me passing my drug screens however he still felt that my ex was telling the truth judged on the way we carried ourselves.. of course i was a mess crying, couldent breath , forgetfull.. i mean i just lost the only thing i love and i have someone telling me i have a habbit i dont have.. the judge stated he was sorry if he was wrong but at this time he is going to leave temp custody with there father. i dont think this is right at all.. they wouldent even look at my ex’s past or anything else that others would take into consideration.. I guess just one angry judge and my ex has a good lawyer.. what should I do?? does this seem right to any of you?/ I hired an attorney and I am waiting while the investigation takes place but the longer there away the less of a human i feel without them.. and no im not on drugs before any of you ask.. my ex is just an ass..

It sounds like you had a bad turn of luck and it does happen from time to time. Get a better job, hire a better lawyer, and have that lawyer file in a different court with a more sympathetic judge.
