I have a Friend who’s in a sap Program which is a (Substance Abuse Program} for a drug charge in Hardin county Ky.I received a letter from her and she told me that they were not allowed to speak nor talk about God or the Bible or they would get into major trouble while in the Program like get put in the hole.(While in jail)She is serving a 9 month run but don’t the first amendments protect her freedom of Speech and religion ?

Not in a facility where all are restricted, but she can pray or worship any time she wants to just keep it between her and her god. No one will know unless she is climbing the walls and screaming about god.}{
