Hii…My step dad does drugs really bad and it’s putting a load of stress on me and me being pregnant I do not need to be stressed, so me and my mom are wanting to sign him into a rehab, but we need one that we can sign him into and one where he can’t sign himself out. Does anyone know a rehab that is in Kentucky that will let my mom sign him in and wont let him sign himself out?
Please help, we don’t know what to do with him anymore.

You cannot force someone to go to rehab against their will. No rehab will allow you or your mother to sign your step dad into rehab and if you convince to go he can leave whenever he wants. The only way to force someone into rehab is to go through the legal system and have them declared legally incompetent. But in this case your step dad doesn’t sound like he meets the criteria for that so I’m afraid there’s really nothing you can do. My advice is to tell him that unless he quits you will not have any contact with him for your sake as well as that of your baby.
