Trafficking in Controlled Substances (tics) 2nd degree in Kentucky is a Class D felony punishable up to 5 years in prison. In Kentucky, there is no difference in the range of punishment for a person who is complicit and the person who actually commits the crime. The judge imposes a sentence at his/her discretion.
