Question by : Does anyone know of a juvenile that constantly causes trouble?
In juvenile drug court, keeps getting sent back to “rehab”-until he refuses to do what they say and then dad has to come get him. Kicked out of school, alternative school, back to regular school, kicked out of reg., back to alt., kicked out of alt. and just gets sent back to juvenile home only to come back bragging is was a piece of cake? Actually put his own feces in my bathroom lavoratory I discovered when my husband and I returned home (stepson who hates me because he couldn’t do what he wants). Know of any that arrogant. He brags about (and I do mean brags the fact that “Big Z” can do what he wants because he is only 15. My husband is picking him up at the rehab center today where he was supposed to be for 60 days but “Big Z” refuses to do what they say and they cannot handle him. If you don’t know one please give me a link to a good sight where I can rant about this. By the way, he is no longer living with us. He was originally sent to us because his mom couldn’t handle him. He is now back with her and she still can’t of course. What are people to do with him? My husband CALLED THE LAW becuase he was breaking stuff in kitchen and all the cops told my law abiding hard working non drug head husband was “What did you do when you were a teen”?
Put this question in this category instead of law purposely because I felt I would get more answers here.
Update…he went today for his usual bi weekly visit in front of the juvenile court judge and all he was told was by the judge was to go home and write the reasons that he thinks the judge shouldn’t send him away. Do the really need him to write the reasons? AS USUAL: Slap on the hand. What do these juveniles have to do, kill someone first? I’m not so sure he would have to pay even if he DID kill someone either….BECAUSE HE’S A “JUVENILE”-I’ve grown to hate that word, Juvenile aka “get away with anything because you’re not of age”.
