Question by Marky Mark: Can your children receive social security and child support at the same time in the state of Kentucky?
I am curious to know if you can do so. My niece is currently getting child support for her son. Which is about $ 120 a month. Can her child also collect half of its fathers social security? The father isn’t deceased, but he is a dead beat dad who does nothing but use illegal drugs. He collects about $ 600 from social security and its all wasted on illegal drugs.
