ATCPCC 2010 Testimonials | New Directions For Women | CA Drug Rehab – ATCPCC 2010 NewDirectionsforWomen.com The Addiction Treatment Centers & Professionals Consortium of California (ATCPCC) occurs in Santa Barbara, California Annually during the summertime. The goal of the ATCPCC is to provide a forum where experts in addiction can share knowledge and resources when it is needed most. The ATCPCC is hosted by New Directions for Women. New Directions for Women, often referred to as NDFW, is a alcohol and drug rehabilitation and detoxification treatment provider.
