If Someone Is Over the Age of 18 Can You Admit Them Into a Rehab?

Question by Smelly: If someone is over the age of 18 can you admit them into a rehab?
I’m curious on the specifics of this. My sister is 24 and and alcoholic and we are not sure which drugs she is taking at this point in time. Does she have to go on her own or can we somehow make her go? She denies everything and says she isn’t doing anything.
Please give specifics if you know!
