Speech on floor of Kentucky House of Representatives on Senate Bill 3-March 28, 2012 – My speech on the floor of the House of Representatives on March 28, 2012 on Senate Bill 3, which seeks to combat the meth epidemic facing our region. Although I would have preferred a stronger measure, I’m proud to have supported this bill and voted yes in committee and on the House floor for its passage.
